  • COVID-19 Information/Updates

    During this challenging time, we’re still performing the same high quality service for our clients. We comply with federal and state recommendations when providing our cleaning services.

  • How Long Will My Carpet Take To Dry?

    This will depend  (humidity levels, airflow and the type of carpet we are working on). While it typically takes 8-12 hours it may take up to 24 hours for the carpet to dry, you can walk on it as soon as we are finished. Wear clean tennis shoes or white socks to avoid re-soiling. If drying time is a concern, please ask us about ways to significantly speed up the drying time.

  • Do You Offer Discounts?

    Yes! We award discounts to those who graciously give/have given back to the community. Discounts apply to the following individuals:


    Seniors (60+)

    Veterans and active duty

    Police

    Firemen

    Doctors

    Nurses

    Ambulance drivers

    Teachers

    Non-profit volunteers/organizations

  • Do You Guarantee Stain or Spot Removal?

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all carpet spots and stains will be removed. Some substances can permanently discolor surfaces that our technicians cannot extract from your floors. Surface age also plays a factor in this. The technician will attempt to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots. 

  • What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

    We take cash, card, and Venmo.

  • Do I Need To Vacuum Before My Appointment?

    You may if you wish. Our technicians will bring in their own vacuums and will vacuum the entire floor before cleaning.

  • When Do Technicians Arrive to Clean?

    Our technicians will arrive within a 30 minute window of your appointment time. You or a representative must be present at the time of your appointment window at the service address. Our technician will wait at the designated address up to 15 minutes before leaving if nobody is present.

  • Do I Need to Move Furniture Before the Cleaning?

    Yes. Please remove as much furniture and items off the areas you want cleaned prior to the technicians arrival. Our technicians will move up to 6 small items such as chairs and side tables. They can also assist in moving large furniture such as tables and couches.


    Our technicians cannot move delicate items such as electronics, glass, and some big furniture.

  • Can You Dye or Repair The Carpet(s)?

    No, unfortunately we do not currently offer these services.

  • Can You Invoice Me?

    We can only invoice our commercial clients with existing accounts.
